    We are looking to hire a full time Client Services Specialist (CSS) at our Morris branch. The CSS position blends the responsibilities of both a teller and personal banker. The CSS’s role is to provide clients with excellent customer service while adhering to banking regulations. 

    Teller Duties & Responsibilities 
    •	Managing and balancing a cash drawer
    •	Accepting and processing client deposits
    •	Creating official checks and money orders
    •	Processing loan payments
    •	Preventing fraud
    •	Scan work for image branch capture

    Personal Banker Duties & Responsibilities
    •	Developing and retaining new core-deposit relationships
    •	Open and maintain client accounts 
    •	Order and service debit cards and credit cards
    •	Understanding all products and services of the bank
    •	Handle client requests and complaints
    •	Answering the phone
    •	Referring loan customers to lending department


    This position will have frequent access to confidential customer information and cash. Tasks are performed in an office setting and require the ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time. Employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Full-time employees will generally work 38-40 hours a week and some Saturday’s.
