As a Absolute Care Provider, you will play a critical role in enriching the lives of our clients by providing top-notch, client-centered care. This role requires a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and running errands. Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, contributing to a positive and nurturing home environment. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team. Ensure that each client’s dignity and independence is upheld and respected. |
