Key Responsibilities: Assists where needed throughout the warehouse. Including but not limited to; pick, pack, stock, new returns, cores, defects, etc. Essential Functions: Operates an RF scanner to complete various functions including but not limited to: picking, stocking, creating stock batches, process new returns/cores/defects, find discrepancies, etc. Maintains clean workspace of any debris Effectively and accurately completes tasks and functions as assigned Responsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations Communicates issues, opportunities and obstacles as they arise Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities: Able to perform tasks accurately Must be detail-oriented Able to stay organized, on task, and work independently Able to use scanners in conjunction with the inventory system Checks and restocks merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts rates on a consistent basis Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team Must be able to utilize pallet jacks as needed; complete appropriate pre-trip/post-trip inspection and maintenance paperwork Completion of any documentation associated with current assigned function Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned |

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s Handbooks PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy Must have considerable mobility, and be able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time |
