Job Description:
-Assist electricians with various tasks throughout the workday, including:
-Preparing work areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
-Carrying, organizing, and setting up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
-Assisting with tasks such as drilling holes, securing conduit, and cleaning work areas.
-Assisting with basic electrical tasks under the direct supervision and guidance of a licensed electrician, following all safety instructions. (Tasks may include pulling wires, labeling wires, and grounding systems.)
-Learn basic electrical theory and practices through on-the-job training and mentorship.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and readily available.
-Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing paperwork, copying documents).
-Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
-A strong desire to learn and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (up to 50 lbs).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with electricians and other team members.
-A positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
-A valid driver's license.
