Job Description:
-Assemble and construct of all ChiBattery Systems products.
-Prepare materials for assembly (Cells, copper, nickel, insulation, tape, etc.)
-Prepare assembly line machines
-Perform routing preventative maintenance
-Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
-Soldering
-Spot welding
-Maintain a clean and safe work area.
-Adhere to safety policies and procedures
-Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner
-Track production on schedule boards.
-Any other tasks delegated by management.

Job Requirements:
-Repetitive Tasks: As a manufacturing facility, we build the same products hundreds or thousands of times each. Your job will be to assist in an assembly line fashion, so the ability to complete repetitive tasks is very important.
-Adaptability/Fast learner: We are constantly working on new products and procedures, and adapting to new procedures is essential to your success at ChiBatterySystems
-Organization: As we build, our workstations can create a mess. It’s important to stay organized to maximize safety, productivity and fulfillment.
-Mindfulness: Having a present mind at work will greatly affect your ability to follow safety procedures. Working with batteries requires you always pay attention to what is in front of you.
-Attention to Detail: ChiBatterySystems’ manufacturing facility builds thousands of batteries on a regular basis. It’s very important not to forget that each repetitive task has a real impact on your and others safety.
-Growth: As ChiBatterySystems grows, so will our team and positions. We’re looking for people who want to grow with and move up within the company.
