We are seeking a reliable and organized Service Coordinator with experience in the garage door or home service industry. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and timely project completion. Schedule service calls and installation appointments efficiently Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and follow-ups Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are staffed appropriately Order materials and ensure all items are ready ahead of scheduled installations Occasionally pick up materials and deliver them to job sites or technicians Drop off parts to technicians in the field as needed Maintain accurate job records and scheduling logs Provide top-notch customer service and support Drive company vehicle as needed (must maintain a clean driving record) 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends |

Experience in the garage door industry or home services strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Clean driving record (required) Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated |
