$4K sign on bonus Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in residents' conditions using EMR systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in recreational activities and support residents with memory care needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times. The Gardens at Park Pointe, a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care located in Morris, IL is looking for CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to fill both FULL- and PART- time openings in our OVERNIGHT shifts. In this position, you will provide residents with care and tend to their daily needs. A keen attention to detail, patience, and compassion are required. You will provide residents with assistance in daily living tasks to include ambulation, personal hygiene, dressing, transferring and escorts. Active Certification of state-approved Nursing Assistant education program · Physical and mental stamina; ability to work long hours on one’s feet and lift 25+ pounds Must be CPR Certified · Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred but not required Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. |
