Description: |
8-hour shift Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, and strives to promptly resolve issues raised by customers. Makes necessary entries to inventory control systems assuring proper records are kept with current pricing as well as the recording and entering of special orders. Promotes preventive maintenance service specials, educates customers on benefits of preventative maintenance. Participates in all inventory counts as necessary. Participate in part returns following established procedures as required. Completes all required documentation in a prompt and thorough manner as required following established procedures. Documents discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities and notifies Parts Manager. Maintains workstation, the parts room, retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed company standards. Works as part of a team, offering and seeking assistance when needed. Delivers parts to customers and vendors as directed. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff. Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively. Promote a positive attitude at all times. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Exhibit McCullough’s high level of customer service on a daily basis. Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customers. |
Job Requirements | |
ales: minimum 2 years parts sales (Required) Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and generally tech savvy. Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment processes is preferred. Represent the company in a clean and professional manner, positive attitude toward co-workers and customers, promotes a positive company image. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our customer service outreach Ability to move around without assistance. Ability to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, stand, reach, grasp, crawl, walk, or climb. Ability to comfortably lift 70lbs regularly and be able to tolerate going up and down stairs frequently.
