Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer inquiries from guests about the local area Follow cash handling policies Obtain all necessary information when taking reservations Be able to perform and complete all tasks in shift check list Handle check-ins and check outs in a friendly and efficient manner Balance and prepare paperwork for closing individual shift Maintain and promote guest programs Maintain a clean work area Problem solving - be able to anticipate, prevent, identify and solve Respond to and anticipate guests needs Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed |
