POSITION SUMMARY:
The Office Administrator provides crucial support to our team. This position works to keep projects on task and on time.

· Act as the communication conduit for the team

· Schedule and dispatch team members to specific projects

· Assist the Division Head with any tasks he may need on a given day

· Work with Division Head to coordinate project details when necessary
Job Requirements

· Strong communication and time management skills are necessary

· Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time

· Strong phone communication skills

· Construction trade experience desired but not required

· Valid driver’s license

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications

· Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute
