Description:	Position Responsibilities: 1. Promote and maintain positive relationships with all bank contacts, clients, and potential clients. 2. Comply with all department and company policies and procedures. 3. Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals. 4. Operate the switchboard. Answer and direct phone calls to the proper employee. 5. Mail responsibilities, including postage, sorting and delivering. 6. Take and pick up mail from post office, as well as sign for mail when needed. 7. Computer Data entry & verification. 8. Excel & Word proficiency. 9. Assist in marketing activities. 10. Maintain confidentiality. 11. Other duties may be assigned.
