Crawford Honors College

Joliet Junior College is proud to announce the Crawford Honors College, opening in fall 2025. Thanks to the extraordinary vision and generous donation of Dr. Curtis J. & Mrs. Gina Crawford, JJC is able to offer this incredible opportunity for the brightest minds in the college’s district. Graduates will be well-prepared to seamlessly transfer into honors colleges at four-year universities.

Admissions Criteria 

• 3.8 or higher GPA
• ACT score of 30 or higher
• Top 10% of high school class
• High school leadership activities
• Admissions essay
• Commitment to full-time enrollment 

*Students must maintain a 3.8 GPA each semester and meet other requirements to stay eligible for the scholarship.
