Rental Application

Please complete the following to request use of Joliet Junior College (JJC) facilities. The Facility Rental Application, Certificate of Insurance (showing JJC as an additional insured for $1M liability), and W-9 form must be submitted.

After your completed application is received, we will contact you regarding availability. If your event has been approved, the College requires seven (7) business days written notice for all cancellations.

All rates based on an 8-hour day.

  1. If JJC Media Technician services are required, there is an applicable charge of $35 per hour. Overtime rates (if required) are calculated at 1.5x hourly rate (2x on Sundays) and include a minimum of 4 hours on weekends.
  2. All setups or adjustments to setups before 9am or after 5:30pm are considered overtime.
  3. Audio/Visual services at JJC are performed by union employees. If you wish to use an outside vendor for audio/visual services, permission must first be obtained from JJC Media Services. JJC Media Services reserves the right of first refusal for all audio/visual requests.

Signage
Signage is available for both outdoor and indoor direction. Outdoor signs will guide patrons to appropriate parking lot. Two (2) are posted at the entry roads and one (1) at the parking lot entrance.
