Apply for Graduation

The Fall 2025 application is now available for students who will be completing their degree or certificate requirements during the Fall 2025 semester, and for those who missed the Summer 2025 deadline.

  • Fall application opens: August 18, 2025
  • Fall application deadline: December 2, 2025

Apply for graduation by clicking Graduation Overview in Self Service. 

You can only submit a graduation application through Self-Service for your 2025-2026 Active Program Codes. 

If you are unsure if you will be completing your degree or certificate requirements in Fall 2025, please contact your advisor for assistance prior to submitting a graduation application.

Commencement Ceremony

JJC hosts one ceremony per year, and it is held in the Spring semester. Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 graduates will be invited to participate in the Spring 2026 ceremony. Please make sure to check your JJC email throughout the Spring 2026 semester if you plan to participate.
