Description:	PrimeSource Building Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Wilmington team. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience and strong mechanical awareness, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Operate warehouse equipment including order pickers and reach trucks to move materials safely and efficiently Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and stock movement Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all materials are processed accurately Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and efficiency
Job Requirements
	Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory control highly desirable Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues Ability to operate order pickers and reach trucks (training available) High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced warehouse environment
