Description: Run Daily Morning Meeting
Daily and Weekly Scheduling for PMG and ENV Groups
Monday.com reporting daily and weekly
Proposal writing, project set up, coordinating, reporting and billing for the President and Operations Manager.
Follow up on President's requests with staff
Due to the President’s frequent time out of the office, you will assist in organizing and managing his schedule. This includes coordinating time spent in the office and out of the office, ensuring that priorities are balanced, and that key meetings and obligations are accommodated.
Plan and execute task or request
Client Reporting
Report Generation and Finalization
Provide high-level administrative support to executives while maintaining strict confidentiality
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external clients and employees
Phone support and Client interactions (everyone answers phones)
Liaison between PMG, ENV and Office
Handle travel arrangements for staff
Manage staff licensing and arrange training for all staff members
Manage CAD turnaround

· Oversee vendor coordination, building maintenance and management of leased office space.
· Demonstrate proficiency in SharePoint and other company software, while continuously developing skills in AI to leverage its benefits. Manage and maintain databases across multiple platforms.
· Calendar management for the President and Operations Manager.
· Study and learn company processes. Provide suggestions for efficiency gains were applicable
· Future Onboarding of new team members
· Future reporting: Demonstrate strong proficiency in generating, finalizing, and interpreting reports
Job Requirements
8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Office management: 2 years (Required)
Assist the President and Operations Manager with office and field operations.
Assist in general office tasks, including correspondence, document management, and internal communications.
Help initiate communication between departments.
