| Description: |
This role is ideal for someone with strong restoration industry knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for estimating, overseeing field crews and subcontractors, communicating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Restoration 1’s high standards. Inspect, document, and estimate restoration and reconstruction projects (water, fire, mold, etc.) Create accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software Manage projects from start to completion, including scheduling crews, subcontractors, and materials Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and internal team members Ensure compliance with IICRC, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards Monitor project progress, budgets, and profitability Document all job details thoroughly with photos, notes, and software updates Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service throughout the restoration process |
| Job Requirements | |
|
2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry Proficiency with Xactimate (required) Knowledge of IICRC standards and industry best practices Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred but not required Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Company vehicle and phone allowance (for qualified candidates) Opportunities for professional training and certifications Supportive team environment with growth potential Paid time off and company-recognized holidays |
