Description:	We’re seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Billing Specialists at our Wilmington, Illinois facility. As a Billing Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate invoicing for chassis, container, refrigeration and genset repairs, playing a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Accurately code and price work orders using Microsoft Excel Ensure timely and accurate entry of repair work orders into customer portals or website Enter in repair orders for customer approval Direct interaction with customers on billing issues Misc administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, scanning, copying, and other clerical support Working full-time and being available for overtime when needed by the Company
Job Requirements
	Previous experience working in an office environment Intermodal experience with billing chassis, gensets, and refrigerated containers a plus High Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills Must be fluent in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Must possess excellent computer skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately Highly motivated individual and team player that is looking to join a dynamic growing company Office: 1 year (Preferred)
