As our Plumbing Division Lead, you will: Hire, train, and develop plumbing & sewer technicians into a top-performing team Purchase and outfit service vehicles for operational excellence Be the lead troubleshooter in the field, guiding your team through complex jobs Track and manage KPIs through ServiceTitan to drive growth and accountability Build and maintain inventory systems that keep your team efficient and ready Set the tone for customer experience, ensuring our plumbing division delivers the same “white glove” treatment our remodeling clients already expect Think and act like an owner—taking pride in growing the division and raising the bar for service in our industry |
