What You’ll Do: As the first face patients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. Greeting patients warmly and checking them in with efficiency and care Verifying insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays Answering phones and scheduling appointments with a smile Managing incoming faxes, referrals, and prior authorizations Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Maintaining a tidy, professional, and welcoming front desk area Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical office protocols |
| Job Requirements | |

1+ year experience in a medical front office (podiatry or specialty a plus!) Familiarity with EMR systems (ModMed experience a bonus!) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace $1,000 Sign-On Bonus – 50% paid in your first 90 days!
