Timber Pointe Apartments (TimeberPointeApartments.com) is developed, owned and managed Kipling Group, LLC (KiplingGrp.com). We are actively seeking an individual who wishes to create a better life for themselves and the residents of the communities we own and manage. If you are a dedicated, tech-savvy and hard-working individual ready to join a team of passionate, impact-driven professionals, let's connect! Five days per week in the rental office at Timber Pointe Model. Ensure that the team and property meets our established operational, financial and business performance goals. Oversee leasing, occupancy, unit turnover, maintenance requests and resident satisfaction at the community. Establish strong relationships with residents. Create marketing plans, maintaining supplier partner relationships, and control expenses. Identify liabilities, and report emergency issues as outlined by the company. |

3+ years of Multifamily property management experience is a MUST. Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be collaborative and adaptive. Experience with Appfolio software a plus but not required. Property management: 3 years (Required) |
