Logoplaste is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Systems Analyst, to join the plant team in Plainfield, IL (USA). The Maintenance Systems Analyst reports to the Maintenance Systems Specialist and plays a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving maintenance operations within the organization. Their responsibilities include performing maintenance, managing data analysis, implementing the SAP-PM system at designated plants, and supporting plants on maintenance management-related issues. Helps classify the SAP-PM level regarding the level: Intermediate for plants without dedicated maintenance personnel, and full for plants with dedicated maintenance personnel. Throughout the implementation phase, guides and supports each plant. Assists and guides plants in organising, labelling, and organizing Spare Parts stock Assists plants in preparing the spare parts master data template for the items that need stock control Guides plants to ensure that all machinery (Assets) is registered in SAP Guides plants to ensure that all Maintenance Plans (machine, tasks and maintenance frequency) are identified and correctly configured in SAP Provides key-user SAP-PM training and support to designated plants Provides key-user SAP-PM support to designated plants Provides ongoing assistance on key-user SAP-PM related queries Rolls out the Fiori/Neptune App to plants already using SAP-PM Assists Digitalization and SAP team in testing and identifying app issues and improvements needed- Prepares analysis reports to help maximise the benefits of the system for the plants in USA. Execute ad-hoc analysis, as may be requested, across all levels of the organization. Continuously evaluate, develop, and adopt new tools and technologies that can help improve usage and/or maintenance management efficiency. Participates in identifying and developing of Lead indicators to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data, to be validated by the Maintenance Systems Specialist and OSM Director. |
Job Requirements | |
3-5 years’ experience required Plastics industry, analysis of large data, translating raw data into perceptible information is mandatory. Self-starter professional, Analytical way of thinking, good communication level. Must have proficiency in English. Other languages would be a plus. Bachelor’s degree in related field required |
