Rate: $20, increase after evaluation at 3 months

Description: Sanchez and Associates provides services to a wide variety of clients that include Engineers, Designers & Architects in Commercial, State and Federal Organizations.

Our firm is a leader in LiDAR Technologies including Terrestrial, and Airborne/UAV data capture and processing. We have the most current LiDAR data capture equipment from Terrestrial Scanners to LiDAR equipped UAVs.

-Assist with transportation projects planning and initial processing.
-Have entry or intermediate level knowledge of MicroStation
-Be willing to learn Point Cloud Feature Extraction using TopoDOT
-Job also requires ability to evaluate alternatives and select solutions, manage multiple concurrent projects
-Inform Project Manager(s) of progress on assigned projects and request work when needed
-Ability to process paper/electronic documents and utilize computer equipment; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; ability to visit project sites if necessary.
-Analyze sketches, notes and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision

-Plan work and select proper tools according to direction from project manager.
-Make decisions based on measurable criteria.
-Must have excellent attention to detail and strong ability to ensure accuracy.
-Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.
-Must be dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance.
-Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
-Experience in transportation is preferred, but not necessary.
-Thorough understanding of the use of current survey technologies as well as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
-Excellent knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of software.
