Front Desk Receptionist / Coordinator We are looking for a hard-working and creative team member to join in the day-to-day operations in our office. Their responsibilities include research and development, product photography, estimating, and other duties as assigned. Internship Responsibilities: Following health and safety standards. Assist with material takeoffs on drawings, and plans Specification review. Act as liaison between employees and customers. Ability to take pictures Be able to take phone calls Assemble customer quotes Use of ERP Software Customer service skills Schedule Jobs. Performing other tasks as assigned. Worker Requirements: Able to work as part of a team. Good communication skills. Creative Thinker We are looking to start this position in early to mid April. Hours: 20-40 hrs. per week.
