Description: |
Shady Oaks, a mobile home community, in Minooka, IL, is look for a full-time Office Assistant. This position handles routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the community. In addition to the compensation package, we offer the following benefits: Potential performance bonus up to 10% of salary Participation in the medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and health savings account after 60 days of service Participation in the 401-(k) savings plan Company paid holidays Paid time off Essential Job Duties Creates a positive resident experience by establishing rapport with residents and prospective residents, fielding community comments and concerns, and addressing all customer service issues. Prepares and distributes resident and community communications. Collects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, and rents. Prepares bills and statements for approval. Performs administrative functions including answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing. Completes and maintains community records, reports, and files. Makes collection calls for rental payments. Processes move-ins and move-outs or residents. Assists with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation of resident relation activities. Assists prospective residents by reviewing new and used home listings, showing homes, and assisting with applications. |
Job Requirements | |
Qualifications Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) US work authorization (Preferred) Requirements Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and telephone skills Good problem-solving skills Professional appearance (Business Casual) Computer proficiency, including the internet and Google suite; experience using Rent Manager and Back Office preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: One location |
