Joliet Junior College President Dr. Judy Mitchell delivered her 5th Annual State of the College virtually on Tuesday, Oct. 27. This event provides the college's external stakeholders, partners, and surrounding communities with critical information about the college's new initiatives, academic programming, financial health, and more.
It was Mitchell’s fifth State of the College address, traditionally held in-person and open to the public. To ensure audience safety, members of the public were invited to watch online. The speech covered highlights from the past year, including how JJC is managing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, current plans toward the development of a new allied health program and growth of the college’s equity initiatives.
