Important Semester Dates

Before each semester kicks off, it’s super helpful to keep an eye on important dates and deadlines. That way, students can register for classes on time, set up payment plans, and make sure their financial aid is good to go. To make things easier, we’ve put together a handy list of key dates for each semester—all in one place for new and current students!

  • Summer Semester

    Registration Information

    • Priority Registration for Current Spring 2026 Students:
      • Date: Friday, March 13, 2026
      • Time: 8 a.m.
    • General Registration Begins:


    Financial Aid Priority Date

    • Deadline: April 8, 2026
    • Requirement: Students must complete their financial aid application and be awarded aid before their tuition due date to avoid class cancellations.
    • If aid is insufficient: Students must pay the remaining balance or set up a payment plan by their tuition due date.

    • Last Day for Job Grants & Rentals: July 9, 2026

    Tuition Payment Deadlines

    • If registering between March 13 - April 22: Payment due by Wed. April 22 6:00pm
    • If registering between April 23 - May 6: Payment due by Wed. May 6 6:00pm
    • If registering on or after May 7: Payment due by the close of the next business day

    Payment Plan Enrollment

    • Enrollment Options:
      • By April 3: No down payment + $30 fee (3 payments: April - June)
      • By April 23: 30% down + $30 fee (2 payments: May - June)
      • By May 23: 50% down + $30 fee (1 payment: June)
    • Additional Details:
      • $30 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester
      • Payments automatically withdrawal on the 5th of each month
      • Must have a balance of $100 or more to enroll

    Course Add, Refund, & Withdrawal Deadlines

    • Adding Courses:
      • Courses can be added until 11:59 PM the day before they start if seats are available.
      • After the start date, instructor approval is required (first week only).
    • Refund Policy:
      • Dropping a class by the refund date results in a full refund and removal from the academic record.
      • Dropping after the refund period may impact financial aid and enrollment status.

      • Withdrawals appear as a 'W' on the academic record but do not affect GPA.
