Welcome to the Entrepreneur & Business Center (EBC) at Joliet Junior College. We are a small business advising center providing no-cost professional services to the community. We deliver one-on-one support for the pre-planning and launch stages of a new business, growth of an existing business, or the purchase of an existing business.
Our mission is to help entrepreneurs grow and create jobs in Illinois communities, and to train a future generation of business leaders, especially those from nontraditional backgrounds. Our business center is an outreach program at heart, and part of our mission is to level the playing field for underserved businesses.
To reach those developing businesses and budding entrepreneurs that can benefit from information and nurturing, we depend on our network of community partners to identify trends and collaborate for the good of businesses and economic growth.
