Job Description: -Ensure smooth running of the production line.
-Ensuring hourly associates are following safe and efficient processes.
-Daily reporting of production metrics to Production Supervisor.
-Training new hires in production processes.
-Ensure safety regulations are followed.

Job Requirements: -12 months experience in a manufacturing setting.
-Strong leadership skills are required
-Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices. Especially in a manufacturing setting.
