Many free options are available both online and in-person for math and English ACT COMPASS review.
The Academic Skills Center offers free, in-person and online tutoring for over 30 subjects, in addition to GED and TEAS preparation, to all JJC students.
The LEAP Center offers free tutorial assistance in reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills to non-native English speakers.
The Math Learning Center offers free math tutoring to all JJC students.
The Nursing Simulation Lab offers free Nursing skills practice, theory review, and workshops to JJC Nursing Students at the NURS 140 level or higher.
Project Achieve (TRIO) offers free tutoring and other services to special populations within the JJC community; this service is not available to all JJC students.
The Speaking Center offers free help related to the development of presentations, outlines, research, practicing presentations, Power Point, and taping presentations; this service is available to all JJC students.
StAR offers free tutoring and other services to special populations within the JJC community; this service is not available to all JJC students.
