On-campus services at Main Campus are available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Virtual services are available during normal operating hours.
The JJC Bookstore will be closed on: Monday, September 2, 2024, in observance of Labor Day.
You can search, rent or buy all of your course materials, supplies and spirit-wear via our online bookstore. Free ground shipping is available all year round. The JJC Bookstore accepts major credit cards and FAFSA financial aid funds allocated to books and supplies. For job grant orders, email your voucher to bookstorevouchers@jjc.edu.

For students who prefer e-books, browse our digital partner's e-bookstore at jjc.redshelf.com. E-books can provide students up to 60 percent off retail print prices.
Fall 2024 rentals are due back on December 13, 2024. On December 18, 2024, all fall 2024 outstanding and/or damaged rentals will be considered lost.
Spring 2025 rentals are due back on May 16, 2025. On May 21, 2025, all spring 2025 outstanding and/or damaged rentals are now considered lost.
The JJC Bookstore communicates via email for rental reminder, please check your provided email account regularly. Any rentals not returned by the due date will accrue a $10 late fee per book. On the lost date, a hold will be placed on student accounts with outstanding and/or damaged rentals. The student with outstanding rentals will also lose rental privileges at the JJC Bookstore. The lost charges include the late fee, the difference between the rental fee and the retail price of the book, and the sales tax on the full value of the book.
All rentals are eligible for a full refund 14 days from class start. Please visit us during normal operating hours and within 14 days from class start for a refund. Any rental brought back after the 14 days from class start will be checked-in and no refund will be issued.
Until further notice, return all rentals to the Main Campus Bookstore at 1215 Houbolt Road, Room A-1012, Joliet, IL 60431. If you are unable to come to Main Campus, you may mail the rental back to the Main Campus Bookstore at your own expense. The rental should be mailed/shipped before the lost date.
Daily buyback will be conducted during normal operating hours at the Main Campus Bookstore.

While the physical campus is closed, please contact the Bookstore if you believe you have an item that is within the refund policy period. The JJC Bookstore can verify eligibility and discuss options to complete the refund. You may email bookstore@jjc.edu with the ISBN/SKU and title/name of the item in question along with the purchase date. Please include the course number and section.
The Digital Access Program saves students money by delivering digital materials directly into iCampus for select courses. Participating in this program allows you to have access to your digital course materials, from the first day of class, at the lowest possible price. Please use the textbook look-up tool to find any optional and supplemental materials. Course materials selections and prices are subject to change without notice.
After your instructor opens the course in iCampus, please follow their instructions or check your JJC email account for your digital access emails which include instructions for accessing the publisher's materials and opting out (should you choose to decline the materials).
Payment for these materials were due with tuition and it is your responsibility to make payments on your scheduled pay due dates. If you opt-out, your student account will be credited the digital material fee and may take 14 business days to process after the opt-out deadline. you may find the opt-out deadline by viewing your course materials under the "Redshelf" menu item in iCampus, or by using the textbook look-up tool.
