General Statement of Position: The position is responsible greeting the public and answering questions, processing registrations, memberships and facility reservations, answering phones and handling money transactions .Representative Essential Job Functions: Maintains a positive community image for the District. Strives to maintain a positive environment among the District's organizational divisions. Actively supports the Safety Policy and the District's established loss control program including training, safety rules, and developing ideas for the prevention of incidents, while providing a safe environment for Park District staff members and patrons. Works to insure a safe environment for District program participants and visitors. Provides customer service at Arrowhead Community Center and Heritage Crossing Field House. Processes program registrations Processes facility reservations and bookings Processes memberships for TAC and Dimensions Fitness Center Schedules racquetball reservations Answers phones Demonstrates knowledge of program and service guide with an understanding of Park District activities and facilities. |

Position Considerations: Must have ability to deal with people under stressful situations Will be expected to display initiative when working within area of responsibilities. Must have ability to respond quickly and accurately to public May be required to work during extreme weather conditions Will be required to work evenings and weekends Must have ability to read, write and organize materials Must have good safety awareness. Must be able to resolve conflicts fairly and exercise good judgment Must be over 18 years of age. |
