Full job description Description: Company Overview: RLM Underground was established in 2016 and specializes in underground telecom construction projects throughout the Midwest. Over the years, RLM has expanded its operating region, opening offices in Central Kentucky and Central Illinois while focusing on smaller Telco providers throughout those regions. RLM Underground offers a competitive employee benefits package. Position Summary: RLM Underground seeks an organized and experienced Office Support Specialist for our Morris, Illinois office. The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for keeping the office in order, have good phone etiquette and be able to help all personnel when needed. The Office Support Specialist must be knowledgeable in MS Office and Google docs which are used for spreadsheetsand billing purposes. The ideal candidate will have solid tenure with previous employers and the ability to manage a fluctuating work load. This is a full Time opportunity for a positive and motivated individual who is looking for a career company. Duties & Responsibilities: Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls, maintain and order office supplies. Scan and make copies. Assist the business operations. Effectively communicate on a daily basis. Monitor employee apparel and notify office manager when getting low. Process any locates for JULIE Illinois 1 Call (811) when needed. Responsible for AR Performs other duties as required. Assist with other office support duties for both field and business office personnel as requested. |

Requirements: Qualifications Proven experience with MS Office and Google docs. High school Diploma or equivalent. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. At least 2 years of experience in an office setting. Must be a team player and able to maintain a positive attitude. Professional phone etiquette. Attention to detail in entering, maintaining, and analyzing data. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. |
