Visual Graphics


Visual graphic designers have training in art and computer design software and use their training to produce visual media that communicates a certain message. The media they produce varies from business cards, billboards, logos and print and online marketing materials. They work as part of a team or individually, in large and small companies, and private or public sectors.

What Will I Learn?

The Visual Graphics program at JJC includes a foundation in basic and advanced courses relating to design software, website design, and animation. Students will demonstrate their understanding of design principles through a portfolio of their design projects.
